Bagel
Bagel – a bun made of yeast dough, prepared in a special way. First, the products are boiled, and then baked in the oven. Because of this, they have a crusty crust and a very tender flesh. Bagels are usually filled by cutting them into two pieces. The filling can be either sweet or savory.
