Cow’s milk
Cow’s milk is most common in Europe, the USA and Australia. The protein contained in milk is very well absorbed, and in terms of nutritional value, a liter of cow’s milk can be compared to 500 g of meat. It also contains the daily intake of calcium. In case of manifestations of intolerance to cow’s milk, doctors recommend using goat’s milk.
