Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is a confection made from cocoa liquor, cocoa butter and powdered sugar. Also, some types of dark chocolate contain other ingredients such as vanilla, nuts and raisins to give the chocolate a variety of flavors. By changing the ratio of cocoa liquor and sugar, manufacturers change the taste of chocolate from bitter to sweet. Dark chocolate, which contains more cocoa liquor, is bitter, while dark chocolate, which contains more sugar, is sweet.
