Grapefruit
Grapefruit is considered a dietary product that comes into the fight against extra pounds. This is due to the presence in its composition of substances that can break down and eliminate cholesterol, speed up metabolism and reduce sugar levels. To normalize blood cholesterol levels and to reduce insulin intake in diabetes, nutritionists recommend eating at least one grapefruit a day. Also this fruit is the basis of the grapefruit diet, according to which it is necessary to eat half a grapefruit or drink 100 grams of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice before each meal for 15-20 minutes to speed up digestion.
