Ice cream
Freezing fruits and berries for eating them on ice was first invented around the 4th century B.C. Snow was used for freezing. Ice cream at that time resembled sorbet: it was frozen fruit juice or frozen fruit with sugar and crushed ice. Some scientists have an opinion that on the territory of Europe the recipe of the dessert has got from China, where one of the emperors liked to pamper himself with a delicacy of frozen milk and ice.
