Lettuce
Lettuce has more than 38% of potassium, 15% of calcium, more than 5% of iron and about 5% of magnesium, more than 9% of phosphorus and a lot of sulfur, which is part of hemoglobin and plays the role of oxidizer. Many nervous diseases arise as a result of sulfur and phosphorus entering the body in an inorganic form (e.g., by eating meat foods and cereals). In combination with silicon (it is more than 8% in the leaves of lettuce), sulfur and phosphorus are necessary for normal skin, tendons and hair growth.
