Mango
Mango pulp contains 12 amino acids, including all the essential ones. Mango fruits are rich in carotenoids, which cause the yellow or orange-yellow color of the pulp (carotene in mango is almost 5 times more than in tangerines). Vitamins C and E in combination with carotene and fiber in the mango fruit prevent cancer (colon, rectum, pancreas, prostate, breast, cervix, stomach, and other organs).
