Millet
Millet is the seed of millet, a plant that is one of the oldest crops. Millet used to be called “golden groats,” although it is not only yellow, but also white, gray and even red. Millet porridge is a traditional dish of the Eastern Slavs. It differs from other cereals, above all, high fat content and promotes the elimination of antibiotics from the body. That is why it is recommended to eat it during and after treatment with antibiotics.
