Peanut butter
Having excellent taste and nutritional value the butter contains a lot of digestible fats, essential for the body amino acids, vitamins, micro-and macro-elements, as well as substances that have beneficial effects on the nervous, digestive, cardiovascular and immune systems. The oil contains 50-60% oleic monounsaturated Omega 9, 15-30% Omega 6, a small amount of Omega 3 (about 1%) and 20% of saturated acids. Polyunsaturated acids contained in the butter combine to improve vascular and heart function, nervous and sexual systems, strengthen immunity, normalize cholesterol levels and hormonal balance.
