The oil contains 50-60% oleic monounsaturated Omega 9, 15-30% Omega 6, a small amount of Omega 3 (about 1%) and 20% of saturated acids. Polyunsaturated acids contained in the butter combine to improve vascular and heart function, nervous and sexual systems, strengthen immunity, normalize cholesterol levels and hormonal balance.
