Pork sausages
Sausages are cooked ground meat products, similar to cooked sausage, only smaller in size. The ancestors of sausages are meat cleaned sheep intestines, which our ancestors boiled in steep boiling water until tender. Modern delicious wieners have become very popular, thanks to the huge number of varieties of the product, which were mainly invented in Germany – the recognized country of sausage products in the world.
