Products (for 4 servings)
- Broccoli cabbage – 500 g
- Hard cheese – 100 gr
- Milk – 200 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 0,25 tsp.
- Ground pepper – 1-2 pinches
Prepare the ingredients for baked broccoli.
Wash broccoli, divide into florets.
In a saucepan, heat water to boiling. Lower the broccoli florets into the boiling water, cook (blanch) for 2 minutes. (Blanch frozen broccoli without defrosting for 5 minutes.)
Then rinse the broccoli quickly with very cold water so the cabbage stays bright.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Place broccoli florets, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Cover a baking dish with foil (if desired). Place broccoli in form.
Turn on (preheat) the oven.
Grate cheese on a grater (fine or medium).
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper.
Pour in milk, stir to combine.
Add the cheese and mix again.
Spread the cheese mixture over the broccoli.
Bake broccoli with cheese in an oven preheated to 180-200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the finished baked broccoli with cheese in the form in which the dish was cooked.
