Rosehip
The table shows data on wild rosehips growing in the Great Plains region (a foothill plateau in the United States and Canada), which are very rich in vitamins P, E, K, flavonoids, tannins, pectins, and carotenoids. Among the vitamin group, vitamin C particularly stands out. In terms of this indicator rose hips are 50 times better than lemon and 10 times better than black currant.
