Sea kale contains iodine, bromine, manganese, cobalt, zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium, sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and other chemical elements, as well as vitamins: A, B1, B2, B12, C, D, E. Sea kale has in its composition pantothenic and folic acids, polysaccharides, L-fructose, proteins. Compared with ordinary cabbage, sea kale has twice as much phosphorus, 11 times as much magnesium, 16 times as much iron, and 40 times as much sodium. Animal lovers add it to the food for dogs, because of what their hair gets a healthy shine.
